We manage the fleet, not just the calibration.
We are a calibration asset management and calibration service provider — not a transactional calibration vendor. Managing the customer’s asset population over its lifecycle, including due-date tracking, overdue notification, and controlled disposition, is the service we provide. The calibration certificate is one deliverable inside that larger service.
Traceability is fundamental to all of it.
Measurement traceability to national standards is the baseline expectation of an accredited lab, but the same discipline extends to the asset record itself — every active, inactive, dispositioned, overdue, and recalled item accounted for, with a documented chain of custody and status.
An asset we cannot trace is an asset we cannot manage, and a gap in the record is indistinguishable from a gap in the calibration.
Standard practice. Not a promotional add-on.
All four components are standard for every asset enrolled in FCI’s Calibration Asset Management Program. There is no separate paid subscription.
Recall Notifications
Advance written notice before an asset's calibration due date, typically at 90, 60, and 30 day intervals.
Overdue Notifications
Active follow-through for assets that have passed their calibration due date without service or disposition.
Disposition Workflow
Customer-authorized deactivation. Silence does not authorize deactivation; assets remain active until the customer provides written disposition.
Historical Recall Audits
Wide-window recall pulls to surface assets missed by the standard periodic recall.
