Calibration for electronics

Electronics manufacturing and test require accurate electrical sources, meters, RF instruments, and oscilloscopes. FCI provides accredited DC/low electrical, oscilloscope, and RF/microwave calibration to keep test benches and production lines measuring true.

From DMMs, scopes, and sources to RF power meters and frequency counters, FCI certifies the full electronics measurement chain under one accredited roof — with as-found / as-left data and the turnaround electronics production schedules demand.

Why FCI for this sector

  • DMM, scope & source calibration
  • Oscilloscopes — edge, leveled sine to 3.2 GHz
  • RF power & frequency to 26.5 GHz
  • Hipot / high-voltage analyzer verification

Electronics calibration questions

What electronics test equipment do you calibrate?

Multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and sources, LCR meters, hipot and high-voltage analyzers, and RF power and frequency equipment.

How far do your oscilloscope and RF capabilities go?

Oscilloscope leveled sine to 3.2 GHz with fast-edge checks, and RF power and frequency to 26.5 GHz.

What is on every certificate?

Every certificate is issued under our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation (IAS CL-112) and records as-found and as-left readings at each test point, with measured values, tolerances and expanded uncertainty at 95% confidence (k=2).

How fast is a quote?

Returning customers get a written quote within one business day. New customers and new equipment go through ISO/IEC 17025 contract review in three to five business days. We calibrate in our accredited Phoenix lab in Ahwatukee and on site at your facility. On-site calibration runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, by appointment.
