Calibration for semiconductor manufacturing

Arizona has become a global semiconductor hub, and the fabs and their supplier base — TSMC Arizona, Intel, ON Semiconductor, NXP, and Microchip — run on tight dimensional tolerances, precise thermal control, and traceable electrical measurement. FCI supports this base with NIST-traceable dimensional metrology, chamber and process-temperature mapping, and DC/low electrical calibration.

Our certificates provide the documentation depth that semiconductor quality systems require, and our local Phoenix presence means fast turnaround and on-site service for equipment that can't leave the fab. FCI is one of the few accredited Phoenix labs with the dimensional and thermal capability the industry depends on.

Semiconductor Manufacturing calibration questions

What do you calibrate for semiconductor fabs and suppliers?

Dimensional tools up to 60-inch micrometers, DC and low-frequency electrical equipment and oscilloscopes, RF equipment, and chamber and process-temperature mapping.

Can you work on site at a fab?

Yes. Local turnaround and on-site service are available across the Phoenix metro. We calibrate in our accredited Phoenix lab in Ahwatukee and on site at your facility. On-site calibration runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, by appointment.

What is on every certificate?

Every certificate is issued under our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation (IAS CL-112) and records as-found and as-left readings at each test point, with measured values, tolerances and expanded uncertainty at 95% confidence (k=2).

How fast is a quote?

Returning customers get a written quote within one business day. New customers and new equipment go through ISO/IEC 17025 contract review in three to five business days.
