How do you help with ISO 9001 audits?
ISO 9001 requires documented control of measuring equipment with traceable measurements. Our accredited certificates provide it, and we support gauge R&R studies.
Can one supplier cover all of our gauges?
Yes. We cover dimensional, mechanical, thermal, electrical, RF, pressure and pH work in one accredited lab, in the lab or on site.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Expedited and rush turnaround are available when a gauge is holding up production.
How fast is a quote?
Returning customers get a written quote within one business day. New customers and new equipment go through ISO/IEC 17025 contract review in three to five business days. We calibrate in our accredited Phoenix lab in Ahwatukee and on site at your facility. On-site calibration runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, by appointment.
