We welcome photos of our laboratory, our technicians and our field service work for possible use on the Field Calibrations website. Every photographer is credited, and anyone who can be identified in a photo signs a release before it is used.

Signed photo releases

We need a signed photo release from each person who can be identified before a photo can be used. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18. Download the Field Calibrations photo release form (fillable PDF).

I took these photos or have the photographer's permission to send them, and I give Field Calibrations, Inc. permission to use them on its website and in related communications with the photographer credit provided.I understand that photos showing identifiable people will not be used until Field Calibrations has a signed photo release from each person.
