Supplier Quality Survey Compliance Package

As an accredited calibration provider, FCI does not employ third-party audits for supplier qualification beyond our accreditation body's oversight, and we maintain ongoing assurance through regular internal and external accreditation assessments. Accordingly, we generally do not complete individual supplier audit surveys, affidavits, acknowledgment forms, or similar duplicative procurement documents. Such requests typically seek redundant confirmation of compliance — including measurement traceability — that is already established and independently verified through our accreditation and NIST-traceable processes.

This letter, together with the enclosed accreditation documentation — our ISO/IEC 17025 certificate, scope of accreditation, W-9, and supplier documents — is intended to satisfy your supplier qualification needs, populate your audit files, and serve the goals of your inquiry, eliminating the need for individualized supplier surveys or duplicative audit forms.
